MADBIT should be an exemplary model in the regeneration of social value associated with economic activities and the service sector. It is essential to bring cohesion to the city, to recover the citizens' right of belonging and enjoyment. The application of sustainability and digitalization will foster resilience, diversification and the generation of holistic value (social, economic and environmental). MADBIT will be able to maintain its identity as a strategic axis of citizen life and economic activity, adapting to the needs of contemporary society.
AN OPPORTUNITY TO DECARBONIZE MADBIT
The proposal must be part of the transition vector towards more sustainable energy models in the tertiary sector, and extendable to the residential and industrial sectors. It should promote the integration of renewable energies in the urban space and demand management, contribute to the progressive electrification of the building sector and move towards the decarbonization of mobility and the economy through the progressive integration of innovation networks such as hydrogen, in line with the vocation of the City of Madrid.
