The resort located at number 544 in Alcalá street, in front of the park called “parque quinta torre arias” about 12 km away from the city center of Madrid and 5 km from Madrid airport.

The building will have a powerful and simple volumetry, to achieve a symbolic and representative image in its view from Alcalá street.

It consists of five floors above ground, a lower ground floor for parking and complementary use for business services, and two floors below ground (for parking and technical rooms).

Access to the plot will be controlled, both for vehicles and pedestrians. A pedestrian access is generated from Dédalo street for authorized staff, thus creating a connection axis between the two streets with elements of green landscapes.

On the fourth floor there is a roof deck that connects with the work spaces, generating recreational spaces. Adjacent to this deck are found corporate and presidential spaces of the building.
